Terms and Conditions – Video Game Trailer Rental. By booking a video game trailer rental with Respawn and Rescue, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Booking & Payment. A deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your rental date. Full payment is due 24 hours prior to event unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit, or approved digital payment methods.

 

2. Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the event receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event or for no-shows.

3. Setup & Location Requirements- Client must provide a safe, legal, and reasonably flat location for the trailer setup (e.g., driveway, parking lot, curbside). Trailer must be able to drive straight into location. No backing in. Sufficient space must be available for trailer parking and operation (usually about 55–60 feet).

 

4. Supervision & Conduct - At least one responsible adult must be present at all times during the event. Players must follow posted rules and instructions from staff to ensure safety and protect equipment. No food, drink, or smoking inside the game trailer.

 

5. Damage & Liability- Renter is responsible for any intentional or negligent damage to the trailer, gaming equipment, or consoles during the rental period. Rescue and Respawn is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from misuse or unsafe behavior.

 

6. Weather Conditions- The trailer can operate in most weather conditions, but severe weather (lightning, high winds, extreme heat) may require rescheduling for safety. We will work with you to reschedule or apply a credit if weather causes a cancellation.

 

7. Media Release- Rescue and Respawn may take photos or videos during your event for promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing.
